How to reset pet safe feeder? ›

To Set Time: 1. After powering feeder, the LCD will show a blinking 12 for time format setup. Use UP or DOWN buttons to scroll to select 12 hour or 24 hour time format. Press RIGHT button to set time.

The F02 error is most commonly caused by the conveyor being misaligned. If you recently cleaned the feeder and are now getting this error, you may need to remove and reseat the conveyor inside the feeder housing.

There are various reasons your collar may not be working, including a malfunction of the collar or a battery outage. If you have a containment system, the transmitter may be failing to send a signal or your wire may be nicked or broken.

Reset the feeder to factory settings, holding down the Add Pet ( ) button for 10 seconds (until the light starts alternating red / green and the lid opens and closes). Then re-learn your pet(s) in to the feeder again - see page 8.

The Smart Pet Feeder can be reset by pressing and holding the 'feed' button for 5 seconds until a sound is heard. A reset will erase all settings and data on the Smart Pet Feeder and return it to its original factory settings.

Thus, more frequent small meals throughout the day are ideal. Divide their daily feed into at least four portions instead of 2 for older cats. Set the feeder to dispense the first serving early in the morning, then every 6 hours.

Blue Blinking Fast Feeder is trying to connect to Wi-Fi or is offline. Blue Solid Feeder is connected to Wi-Fi with internet and fully operational. White Blinking Reboot mode which triggers the feeder to attempt to reconnect to your Wi-Fi without losing the programmed settings.

Error F220 or 'water supply error' notification

It means that there's not enough water getting into the drum, or no water at all. A possible solution is to open the water supply completely. Then, check whether there's a blockage or kink in the supply hose.

Normally, cats can be self-sufficient for up to 48 hours, but longer than this would be inadvisable as they may run out of food and water and their litter trays may become very unsociable!

Raise Your Cat's Dish

Cats tend to crouch when they eat because it brings them closer to the ground, where their food is usually located in the wild (and often at home). But it's actually easier for your cat to eat when the dish she's eating off of is slightly elevated, and therefore closer to her mouth.

Feed Now Not Working/Jammed

Clean the feeder. Replace the batteries with four, new D-cell alkaline batteries. Important: Use only alkaline batteries in the feeder. Press the sleep button on the back of the feeder to resume the programmed feedings.

On the front of the Smart Pet Feeder, you will find the 'feed' button. Press the 'feed' button for 5 seconds. When you hear a beep after about 5 seconds, this indicates that the reset has been performed successfully and the Smart Pet Feeder has been reset to factory settings.

If the router or internet is not working, try resetting the router or contact your internet provider. Power cycle the feeder by turning off the power switch. Wait 10 seconds and turn the power switch back on. Check for other devices near the feeder that use the internet or other wireless signals (such as a microwave).

With the collar turned off, press and hold the power button continuously for 10 seconds. The collar will beep from high to low and the collar LED will glow red, then start blinking blue, indicating the reset is complete.

Reset button: Use a pen or other pointed object to press reset button, and hold it down for 10 seconds to restart the device.
